Dr. Flesher is the Managing Partner of Wisdom Mates LLC. Previously he served in multiple senior corporate roles in learning including Vice President of Learning and Development with UL University, Vice President of Global Talent Management, Biomet, Inc., Director of Training and Organization development, Abbott Laboratories; and Learning Services Superintendent, Nuclear Generation Group, Commonwealth Edison. Dr. Flesher also has over 25 years of university teaching experience and has held academic appointments at the University of Illinois, Southern Illinois University, and Iowa State University.
